Everyone plays at least two full quarters of each game).

WHEN:
Register Online! Applications will be accepted online, or by mail UNTIL EACH DIVISION IS FULL. You may mail in your completed application with a check or money order payable to WCYAA to P.O. Box 4281, Walnut Creek, California 94596. To receive off-line applications, please call (925) 933-4884. It is advisable to register by mail well before September 30. Players will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

UNIFORMS:
WCYAA will supply a uniform which shall be worn during all games. Official WCYAA shorts will be issued to players. These uniforms (jerseys and shorts) may be kept at the end of the last game.

PRACTICE:
Practice times and sites will be selected by the individual coaches.

TEAMS:
5-6 and 7-8 Boys and 5-7th Girls teams will be formed by a draft; other teams are formed based on where the players live or go to school. Child of the head coach and 'designated Assistant Coach' of each team shall be placed on the team they coach. There are no team or practice time guarantees of any kind. Sponsors (see below), upon payment of sponsor fee, may designate team upon which their child(ren) shall play except for teams in divisions which are subject to the draft. All other players will be placed on teams based on age, gender, residence and school attended.

COACHES:
Prior to being assigned as a coach, WCYAA may require certification as NYSCA Coach.

Businesses and Individuals are needed to sponsor teams. Team sponsor fees start at $295. Become a sponsor here. Sponsors receive a team photo/appreciation plaque and recognition in WCYAA publications.
